Investment criteria real estate:

• real estate located in The Netherlands, not older than 15 years or of historical value
• proven location
• total investment varying from € 10 to 30 million
• remaining term of lease minimum 3-5 years
• rents under market
• redevelopment or repositioning possible within 3-5 years

Return requirements:

• total average return (including return from sale) > 15% per year.
